Pardes (orchard): 7th Grade - Preparing for B’nei Mitzvah

Becoming Bar/Bat Mitzvah is a major milestone in Jewish life and the gateway to increased community involvement. The 7th Grade program prepares participants to become Bar/Bat Mitzvah and provides them with the life tools for fulfilling the obligations and opportunities of Jewish living. Preceding years of our program help ease the preparation for this important event. The curriculum is an exploration of the modern-day applications of T’fillot (prayers) and Mitzvot and encourages participants to continue developing their own relationship with Judaism. It is fun, substantive, and your child will be prepared to become a Bar/Bat Mitzvah.
